Life is a journey along your own unique path, usually you can travel along this path freely but sometimes it becomes over grown making it difficult to navigate. A tree may fall in your way, and you become stuck. When this happens finding ways of dealing with strong emotions can become difficult or feel impossible. What used to come easily in life may now feel a struggle to deal with, to over come.  Maybe you feel the need to have a good look at what you are struggling with, explore your past or look to the future. Therapeutic counselling can help you focus on these and many other issues. By offering an empathic safe space, free from judgement it can help you to explore your inner world to gain an understanding of yourself, it can help you alter your direction or clear your path allowing you to continue forward with ease.

Guiding You On the Path of Self-Healing

I firmly believe you are your own expert. You know yourself better than anyone else ever could. Although you may not realise it now, you know what is needed to find the change you desire.  In this way my role is to work collaboratively with you by providing  a safe space where you can talk, explore and be heard respectfully. With you leading the way I can help you on your journey of exploration by offering insight, understanding and guidance around the challenges you face. Working together we can clear your path so you can continue to move forward.

If you choose to seek counselling with me we will arrange a free conversation face to face, via zoom or telephone to discuss what your needs are. This will help me to see if I am able to provide you with what you are looking for. Equally, through our conversation you will begin to see who I am and whether you would feel comfortable working with me.

If we decide to work together we will arrange a time and date for our first session that is suitable for you. Counselling sessions last for 50 minutes and are usually held on a weekly basis.
